We strive to process and ship all orders within 2–4 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please note:

  • Shipping times may vary during launches, sales, holidays, or high-volume periods.
  • Happy Haus is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or carrier issues once packages have been shipped.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.
